Associate Director – Qual or Mixed Methods – Healthcare/Pharma£50,000 to £70,000 + Bonus and Bens. Flexible Working.This high quality and forward-thinking bespoke research consultancy focuses on the Pharma sector. They are looking for an Associate Director with a qual or mixed-method background who can make a real impact on clients, the team, and their own career. You will work on a range of bespoke international projects, leading projects, engaging with clients and helping to develop the team.They work for some of the most exciting brands and help them resolve their major strategic issues. The team is described as talented, diligent, clever, creative, driven and ambitious. The environment is professional, applied and collaborative, with merit-based reward.The firm is known for integrated qual/quant work and has expertise in pre-launch projects, exploring early and future asset work and innovation, predicting demand with rigorous techniques, positioning and communication development, and designing insightful emotional connection pieces which lead to brand loyalty.As a key member of a mid-sized independent agency, you will be active across the Pharma business, surrounded by knowledgeable researchers, and supported by sector and technique specialists. Lead projects and manage client relationships within the Pharma sector.Apply qualitative or mixed-method approaches to address strategic issues for pharmaceutical brands.Contribute to pre-launch and asset development work, including positioning and messaging research.Design insights that reveal emotional connections and drive brand loyalty.Mentor and develop junior team members and support overall team growth.Collaborate across a mid-sized independent agency with a collaborative, meritocratic culture.Qualifications

Experience in qualitative or mixed-method research (Qual/Quant) within the Pharma sector.Senior to mid-senior level experience relevant to the Associate Director role.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and teams.Job Type
