Location: Exeter (EX1 1TS)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Early finish Fridays)

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you''ll build your own specialist market, speaking with clients and candidates daily. It''s a phone-led, target-driven role where you''ll learn to win business, run recruitment processes end-to-end, and negotiate deals, earning uncapped commission as you progress.

What you''ll do:

• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Build client relationships and win new business
• Manage processes from briefing through to offer
• Negotiate offers and close placements
• Develop into a specialist within your market
