Year 1 OTE: -30,000 - -40,000 Year 2-3 OTE: -40,000 - -60,000+ Year 3-5 OTE: -60,000 - -100,000+

What you''ll be doing

This is a 360 recruitment role where you''ll be building your own business within ours.

• Own and develop a niche IT market, building deep specialist knowledge over time
• Build a client base from scratch through business development and relationship management
• Run the full 360 process: source, pitch, negotiate and close
• Manage your desk: job adverts, candidate calls, interview scheduling and offer management
• Hit targets and take home the rewards for doing so

What we''re looking for

• At least 6 months in a sales or customer-facing role
• Commercially minded, resilient and motivated by results
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers
• Ambitious and keen to develop quickly
