The role

You''ll manage your own niche market from day one, running the full recruitment process end-to-end: business development with clients, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and closing placements. You''ll be supported by our internal training programme, an 8- to 10-week structured course with a dedicated trainer, plus ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.

Earnings

• Competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission, paid monthly
• Additional bonus opportunities in your first 6 months, on top of commission
• No cap on what you earn

Progression is based on performance, not time served. Targets for moving up are clear from the outset.

What we''re looking for

• Sales experience
• At least 6 months working to targets and KPIs
