This is an exciting opportunity to enter a high-demand market, working with an established client base while building your own pipeline of business across the region.

You will play a key role in supporting industrial clients with their recruitment needs, while developing strong candidate networks and becoming a specialist in your market.

What you will be doing:
* Driving new business through proactive sales activity including cold calling, client meetings, and networking
* Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
* Identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
* Interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the right fit for each role
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to placement
* Establishing yourself as a go-to recruiter within the industrial sector

What we are looking for:
* Background in sales, business development, or recruitment
* Comfortable working towards targets in a performance-driven environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, resilient, and career-focused
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to client travel requirements
