Drafting and negotiating contracts pertaining to financial and real estate transactions, such as development-related agreements, property management agreements, easements, CC&Rs, licenses, leases, loan agreements, and buy and sale agreements. Strong communication and writing abilities are necessary. While not necessary, joint venture and real estate development experience is a plus. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE  J.D. from a recognized legal education institution.
