Associate Quantity Surveyor Data Centres Infrastructure Major Projects Up to 85,000 + Benefits + Discretionary Bonus A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team and play a key role in the delivery of major, technically complex projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of Data Centre, Infrastructure, Mixed-Use and Residential projects, this is an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to step into a high-impact role with genuine scope to influence projects, clients and the wider business. The successful candidate will work closely with the QS Director, taking a lead role within project teams, shaping commercial strategy and mentoring junior colleagues. The Role The Associate Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of key commercial functions across the project lifecycle, including: Leading the development of cost plans, estimates and procurement strategies Managing valuations, cost reporting, change control and contract administration Supporting the negotiation and settlement of claims and final accounts Identifying and managing commercial risk from inception through to completion Acting as a trusted client advisor and key point of contact Leading and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors Supporting the development of commercial strategy and project delivery Contributing to business development and long-term client relationships The Person The ideal candidate will be an experienced ..... full job details .....
