Projects span both the Public and Private sectors and include office towers, corporate campuses, retail schemes, and mixed-use commercial developments for high-profile clients. Values can range from £5 million up to multi-billion-pound projects. While the role has a strong Commercial sector focus, the business offers the opportunity to gain exposure across a range of sectors. THE POSITIONThey are actively looking to recruit an Associate Quantity Surveyor to take a leading role in managing Commercial sector projects from inception to completion. The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and leading project teams across a diverse portfolio within London s commercial markets.
