Associate Quantity Surveyor

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead on the delivery of major schemes across a broad range of sectors, including:

• Retail
• Residential
• Commercial
• Education
• Healthcare
• Industrial

You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from initial feasibility through to final account, managing and growing client relationships, and leading project teams.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in team development, mentoring junior staff, contributing to business development, and helping shape the future direction of the Manchester office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS-accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS qualified - essential
• Proven experience in a UK consultancy environment
• Strong background in managing large-scale, multi-sector projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Commercially astute and client-focused
