Recent landmark deals include in Central London and beyond.The Role:You’ll take full ownership of a retail and mixed-use portfolio (including one shopping centre scaling almost 1 million sq.ft.)You’ll be right in the middle of the action partnering directly with Asset Management, FM, and Centre Teams to drive value and deliver results.Key Responsibilities:Hands-on management of retail/mixed-use assetsService charge budgeting, FM coordination, statutory complianceTenant relationships, lease events, and dispute resolutionSupporting asset management initiatives (e.g. white boxing, re-letting, value-add works)Helping onboard new acquisitions and assist on disposalsWhat They’re Looking For:Experience in Commercial Property Management (Shopping Centres essential)Technically sound, commercially sharp, and confident working independentlyExperience with Qube or Horizon preferredMRICS or AssocRICS helpful but not essentialMost importantly, a problem solver with personality, energy, and a drive to growWhy Apply?For a commercially minded Property Manager ready to take a step up, there’s genuinely no better place.
