Join us as a Project Surveyor (Decarbonisation Projects) to play a key role in revolutionising the built environment while reducing carbon footprints across projects.What you will do:As a Project Surveyor, you will:Oversee and manage cost and contractual aspects of decarbonisation projects, ensuring financial and environmental targets are met.Conduct detailed cost analysis and forecasting for a wide variety of projects.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and clients to ensure sustainable project delivery.Monitor budgets, manage risks, and provide regular project performance reports.Contribute to the development of innovative cost-saving strategies that align with decarbonisation objectives.Liaise with clients to ensure project goals are clearly understood and exceeded.Qualifications and Skills:Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS or similar) is desirable.Proven experience in project surveying within sustainability-focused projects is a plus.Excellent cost management and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building effective relationships with ..... full job details .....
