Associate Principal Medical Writer . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced medical writer with a strong background in

MedComms agency work

who is ready to take on greater responsibility in client strategy, leadership, and team development.Key Responsibilities:Deliver

strategic scientific insight

to shape client programmes across publications and medical affairs.Review and monitor

content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery.Act as a

primary point of contact for clients , building strong partnerships and driving projects forward.Provide

direct and indirect line management , mentoring junior and mid-level writers to support their development.Lead on the creation of

scientifically robust, impactful materials

that align with client strategy.Requirements:Proven experience within a

UK MedComms agency

(essential).Solid track record in

medical writing , with expertise in publications and/or medical affairs.Strong client-facing skills and the ability to provide scientific leadership.Experience managing, mentoring, or supporting other writers.Ability to combine scientific accuracy with strategic insight.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working model based in
