They''re now looking to grow their Rugby office with the addition of an Associate-level Town Planner.Role and ResponsibilitiesTake the lead on projects, working closely with the DirectorsDevelopment management and plan/policy workManage planning applications for a variety of scale projectsPlanning appeal managementLocal plan representationsSite promotion and local plan examinationPublic inquiry workAssist in mentoring and developing the wider teamManage client relations and expectations, including new business development and expanding on existing relationships.Required Skills and Experience8+ years of experience post-qualification (private or public sector)Degree qualified in Town Planning or similarRTPI membershipStrong communication skillsFull driving licence and car.What you get backSalary dependent on experienceBonusHybrid working25 days + Bank HolidaysPensionPrivate ..... full job details .....
