Associate Pension Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a respected Pension Consultancy to support client and trustee meetings, communications, and technical projects. This Trainee Pension Consulting role will be working closely with in the Consulting team and the right candidate will already have previous Pension Administration/ Associate Pension Consulting experience.Key Responsibilities:Prepare for, attend, and follow up from client and trustee meetings with the support of senior colleagues.Collate and publish meeting papers for client or Trustee meetings as appropriate.Draft meeting minutes, ensuring timely follow-up of action points with relevant stakeholders.Participate in internal technical training sessions to develop industry knowledge and skills.Liaise with internal departments and external advisors to support client needs effectively.Assist in drafting member communications, including Trustee annual reports and newsletters.About You:Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesComfortable working in a collaborative, professional environmentInterest in pensions, finance, or consulting services (previous experience in the sector is a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Why Join Us?Supportive and professional team cultureOpportunities for professional development ..... full job details .....
