Associate Partner - Rural SurveyingLocation: Norwich, Norfolk.Salary: 60,000 package, including car alloance, and bonus.Position: Associate Partner ability to become partner.The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity for an ambitious Associate Partner to join a growing rural surveying team in Norwich. This is a newly created role for a driven surveyor who wants to take ownership of their career, develop a team and play a key role in growing a successful rural property business.You will work across a varied portfolio of rural surveying instructions, providing professional advice to private clients, landowners, tenants and landlords. Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to develop new business, build client relationships and shape the future direction of the team.This role offers progression to Partner for the right individual, with a long-term opportunity to build and lead a substantial business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of three surveyors, supporting their professional growth and development.Manage a varied caseload of rural surveying instructions, including estate management, landlord and tenant matters, valuations and compulsory purchase work.Undertake professional valuations and provide advice in accordance with RICS standards.Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, private clients and other stakeholders.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, helping to grow the existing client base and fee ..... full job details .....
