RAF Marham20 Months Work Pattern: Days: 07:30 till 16:00hrs and Nights: 16:00 to 02:00hrs BAE are currently seeking a dedicated Associate Mechanical Operator to join their team on a contract basis at RAF MarhamKey Responsibilities:Will carry out metalworking and corrosion remediation activities on aircraftRole will be working within a close knit team in a multi-skilled / multi-disciplined environment carrying out required repairs and maintenance activitiesAt this level the post holder is competent to work to basic maintenance instructions, has a working appreciation of the approved data set and works in accordance with the organisation''s AMC documentation setJob Requirements:Will be undertaking metalworking activities on an aircraft which will include, preparation of metal and composite structures for repair, drilling and reaming of aircraft panels and structures, application of adhesive bonding, removing and installing various types of aircraft fasteners.Procedure/Standards - Complying with the Organisations MOE, its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standardsSafety Management System - You will understand and apply human factors, error management, within maintenanceContinuing Airworthiness Assurance (Quality) - Ensuring maintenance activities are compliant with the Continuing Airworthiness Assurance Management systemIf you possess the necessary skills and experience and are ready to take on a challenging role within the Defence and ..... full job details .....
