Having made the decision to expand southwards, Birmingham represents a serious long-term commitment - with plans already in place to extend further into London over the next two to three years. The office is operational, the workload is live, and the team is already delivering.The role sits between the Mechanical Director and the junior team - a genuinely senior position with real influence over both day-to-day delivery and the longer-term shape of the Birmingham mechanical offering. You will take ownership of detailed design delivery across a broad and technically interesting project portfolio, engage directly with clients and stakeholders, and play a key part in mentoring and developing the engineers around you.The pipeline is strong.
