What You''ll Be Doing

• Leading mechanical design delivery from early concept through to completion
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and architects
• Taking ownership of project quality, technical delivery, and coordination
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Supporting the wider team with project strategy and problem solving
• Contributing to winning new work and growing client relationships

What They''re Looking For

• Strong experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy background)
• A track record of delivering projects across sectors like commercial, residential or mixed-use
• Confidence in leading projects and managing clients directly
• Solid technical knowledge across HVAC design and UK regulations
• Someone who enjoys collaborative, design-focused environments
• Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
