This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to lead inspiring landscape projects while also guiding teams, shaping operations, and influencing the direction of a growing practice.The RoleCreative Leadership (50%) Lead the design of landscape projects from concept through to deliverySet the creative direction and uphold high design standardsDevelop compelling concepts, detailed designs, and visual outputsChampion innovative, sustainable, and context-driven design solutionsIntegrate ecological, social, and aesthetic thinking into every project Management and Delivery (50%) Manage project programmes, budgets, and resourcingLead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary teamOversee day-to-day office operations and workflow efficiencyCoordinate with clients, consultants, and contractorsSupport business development, bids, and client relationships About you Degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field)Chartered statusStrong portfolio demonstrating design and delivery experienceProven ability to lead teams and manage projectsSolid technical knowledge of construction and detailingExcellent ..... full job details .....
