Associate CDM Principal Designer

to join a leading multidisciplinary practice. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality Health and Safety expertise across a wide range of projects, while also contributing to the growth and development of the business.The RoleAs Associate CDM Principal Designer, you will:Lead and deliver CDM advisory services and Principal Designer duties across diverse projects.Provide expert Health and Safety guidance from early design stages through to completion.Collaborate with clients, design teams and contractors to ensure compliance and best practice.Drive business development, strengthening client relationships and supporting service growth in London, Bristol and Cardiff.Work closely with regional teams to share expertise and enhance service delivery.The CandidateThe successful candidate will bring:Demonstrable experience delivering Principal Designer and CDM advisory services.In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage at all levels.A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CMIOSH, IMaPS or equivalent).The OfferThis role provides an excellent platform for career progression within a collaborative environment.
