They are dedicated to delivering exceptional services in the built environment, focusing on a range of industries including schools/education, cladding, fit-out and many more.Your new roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Associate Consultant to join a dynamic team in which the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and managing design safety across a variety of projects.Key

Responsibilities

:Lead and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.Provide expert advice on health and safety risks during the design phase.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project safety.Oversee a variety of small and large projectsSupport the Associate Director and Director as well as mentor junior colleagues.Conduct design reviews and hazard assessments.Prepare and maintain pre-construction information and health and safety files.What you''ll need to succeedSignificant experience as a Principal Designer with a strong understanding of CDM regulations.NEBOSH Qualification or other relevant health and safety qualifications.Ideally holding CMaPS accreditation.Technical qualifications in construction, engineering, or architecture.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with BIM and other design software is a plus.What you''ll get in returnGenerous annual leave and pension scheme.Professional development and training opportunities.Opportunity to work on high-profile projects nationwide.What you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn''t quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
