You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.A little more about your role Lead and manage projects within Liveable Places (part of our Planning, Communities and Mobility business) to ensure coordination of multi-disciplinary inputs Act as the CDM-Advisor on a large range of projects Provide Health and Safety in design support advice whilst ensuring compliance to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) Provide and support our clients, designers and contractors on matters relating to CDM 2015 Work with Clients and design teams to deliver compliant designs on time and within budget meeting CDM, QA and technical review requirements Advise, manage and provide CDM / Health and Safety training for our clients and designers Authorise Pre-Construction Information (PCI) and Health and Safety files issued to Contractors and Clients Lead the design process and encourage the rest of the team to deliver appropriate and cost-effective solutions to the agreed programme Participate in tender bids and business development opportunities Your Team Liveable Places work with a wide range of local ..... full job details .....
