Associate Head of Triage

Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Professional Regulatory Body in their search for an interim Associate Head of Triage to join on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a high-performing triage function during a significant period of organisational transformation, helping to improve operational performance while supporting the delivery of long-term strategic change.Reporting directly to the Head of Triage, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership across the triage function, ensuring performance, quality and productivity remain high while the wider service undergoes transformation. This is a highly visible leadership role, requiring someone who can quickly establish credibility, manage operational pressures and provide stability across a busy regulatory function.A key priority will be leading and developing the existing management structure. You will directly manage three Operational Managers while providing indirect leadership to a wider team of Triage Case Officers, ensuring managers are equipped to drive performance, improve capability and effectively manage challenging workloads.
