Associate Geotechnical Engineer London A leading independent multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Geotechnical Engineer to join its established geotechnical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer looking to take the next step in their career, with responsibility for team leadership, project delivery, client relationships and business development. The consultancy works across a diverse range of projects, including slope stability, ground movement, foundations, retaining structures, basements, earthworks, remediation and infrastructure, providing exposure to complex and challenging ground conditions. The Role As an Associate, you will take a leading role in the delivery of geotechnical projects while supporting the development of the wider team. Key responsibilities will include: Providing technical leadership and mentoring to geotechnical engineers and multidisciplinary project teams. Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, including technical, commercial and programme management. Managing resources, delegating workloads and reviewing project deliverables. Undertaking and overseeing site investigations, surveys and inspections. Developing practical geotechnical solutions for foundations, retaining structures, slopes, basements, earthworks and ground remediation.
