This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and motivated team, this role is suited to a dynamic person who is seeking their next Operational Management position.Report to the General Manager and work alongside other Associate General Managers for other specialities ensuring delivery of corporate and divisional performance targets.Leading the delivery of major performance targets in the NHS plan to improve access to and quality of patient service.Developing, testing and implementing new ways of working to transform patient services.Ensure that the services provided by the Surgery Division are in line with best practice guidelines.Undertake reviews of current services to ensure seamless pathway for patients.Work with the senior management team, Executive team and with external partners such as commissioners.Possess the ability to form good working relationships at all levels including working closely with senior clinical colleagues to help redesign and re-configure services which enhance patient experience and quality of care.Rates and locations
