An award-winning consultancy, renowned for delivering excellence in fire safety engineering, fire risk management, and fa-ades is are now seeking a talented and ambitious Associate Fire Engineer to support their Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior technical role while playing a key part in developing client relationships and shaping project delivery.

The Role of the Associate Fire Engineer

As an Associate Fire Engineer, you will:

• Lead the delivery of fire engineering strategies across a wide variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers at varying levels, supporting their growth and development.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Review and oversee fire engineering designs, performance-based solutions, and compliance with UK building regulations.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and the continued growth of the Manchester office.

About The Associate Fire Engineer

We are looking for someone with:

• A degree in Fire Engineering (or a related engineering discipline).
• Substantial experience within fire engineering consultancy, ideally with exposure to complex and large-scale projects.
• Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards this through the IFE or an equivalent body).
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• An interest in contributing to the growth of a regional office, both technically and commercially.

Salary: -75,000 - -90,000
