A growing St. James''s Place Partner Practice in London is looking for an ambitious Associate Adviser to join its team, with a clear pathway towards becoming a Financial Adviser. This role is aimed at someone early in their financial services career who wants more than an entry-level position. You might already have started your Level 4 Diploma, or you may be ready to commit to gaining your qualifications over the next 12-18 months. You''ll work closely with the team, gaining hands-on experience in client development while studying towards qualification. Once qualified, the plan is to progress into Academy training and begin your journey as an adviser. The opportunity Client development will be a key part of the role. You''ll help generate opportunities for the advisers by identifying prospective clients, building relationships and booking meetings, with additional pay linked to the meetings you arrange. Alongside this, you''ll gain exposure to the financial advice process, learning how the team works with clients and develops long-term relationships. You''ll receive direct mentorship from the Principal Partner, who has a proven track record of developing high-performing advisers.
