Associate Façade Consultant

An established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an accomplished Associate Fa-ade Consultant to lead and grow their fa-ade consultancy offering across the North from their Manchester office.

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Associate Fa-ade Consultant with strong expertise in fa-ade systems, cladding remediation and fire safety to take ownership of a regional team while becoming a key figure within a growing national division.

The successful Associate Fa-ade Consultant will combine technical leadership with team development, client management and business growth, working on complex high-risk residential and mixed-use projects across the UK.

The Associate Fa-ade Consultant will take the lead on major fa-ade, external wall and cladding remediation commissions, with responsibilities including:

• Leading and developing the regional fa-ade consultancy team
• Overseeing fa-ade remediation and external wall compliance projects
• Managing design reviews, contractor audits and technical assessments
• Advising on Building Safety Act, Gateway and PAS 9980 requirements
• Undertaking site inspections and quality assurance reviews
• Providing technical leadership on live cladding replacement schemes
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
• Collaborating with fire, surveying and project management specialists

The ideal Associate Fa-ade Consultant will have:

• 10+ years'' fa-ade consultancy, engineering or construction experience
• Strong knowledge of fa-ade design, cladding systems and remediation
• Experience with high-risk buildings and Gateway processes
• Excellent Building Regulations and fire safety knowledge
• RICS, CABE, IFE or similar professional membership
• Strong leadership, commercial and client-facing skills
• Excellent technical report writing ability
