A respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Fa ade Consultant to lead and develop their Northern fa ade consultancy offering from their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Associate Fa ade Consultant with strong technical expertise in fa ade systems, cladding remediation and fire safety compliance to step into a senior leadership role within a growing national team.The successful Associate Fa ade Consultant will play a key role in overseeing regional project delivery, mentoring consultants and supporting the continued growth of the fa ade and fire safety division.The Associate Fa ade Consultant''s RoleThe appointed Associate Fa ade Consultant will lead fa ade and cladding remediation projects across high-risk residential and mixed-use developments throughout the North of England and wider UK.Responsibilities will include:Leading and managing a regional fa ade consultancy teamOverseeing fa ade remediation and external wall compliance projectsManaging technical reviews, contractor audits and design assessmentsSupporting Building Safety Act and PAS9980 compliance mattersCarrying out site inspections and quality assurance reviewsWorking closely with project management, surveying and fire consultancy teamsManaging client relationships and supporting business development activityProviding technical leadership across cladding replacement schemes and live remediation worksThe Associate Fa ade ..... full job details .....
