With a strong reputation for delivering innovative MEP solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects, this business offers the opportunity to work on complex, technically challenging developments while playing a key role in shaping projects, developing client relationships and mentoring engineers.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer ready to step into an Associate-level position, or an existing Associate seeking a fresh challenge within a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy.Your new roleAs an Electrical Associate Design Engineer, you will take a leading role in the delivery of electrical building services design projects from concept through to completion.You will be responsible for: Leading the electrical design and coordination of projects across multiple sectors. Managing project delivery, resources and programme requirements. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Supporting business development activities and helping secure new work. Mentoring and developing junior and intermediate engineers. Collaborating closely with mechanical, sustainability and BIM teams.
