Working closely with the Regional Director, and senior management team, to provide senior leadership and management of the Engineering team.This senior role combines hands-on technical leadership, management of Engineering staff, as well as a requirement to support the learning and development of junior staff across the business. The role will require to work collaboratively with our BIM and Sustainability teams to ensure our Engineering, BIM, and Sustainability services are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard with quality built-in to our outputs.
