The role offers exposure to international commercial arbitration, public international law and complex cross-border litigation within a collaborative and market-leading team.The Arbitration Associate role:Managing key workstreams on complex international arbitration and commercial litigation mattersAdvising on international commercial arbitration, sovereign disputes and public international lawDrafting submissions, pleadings, witness statements and key correspondenceManaging large-scale disclosure and e-disclosure exercisesSupporting hearings, settlement negotiations and arbitration proceedingsLiaising with counsel, expert witnesses, investigators and international legal teamsAssisting on matters before ICC, LCIA, DIAC, LMAA and ICSID tribunalsSupporting business development through articles, pitches, networking and client eventsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships across international marketsThe successful Arbitration Associate:Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in international arbitrationExperience advising on complex ..... full job details .....
