Associate Director - Turnkey

Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Turnkey Project Manager at Associate Director level to join a global construction consultancy. This is a key role within the business and combines client project management consultancy services with contractor project management services to provide a holistic project, programme, and contract management of their clients commissions cross the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities: Promote, develop, and lead project, construction and contract management services within turkey and integrated project solutions to their clients. Manage and report on the performance of project, construction, and contract management services. Work to compliment services and then grow those services to warrant recruitment to support the same. Contribute to the strategic growth and implementation of appropriate tools to develop the business Ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of value-added project, construction, and contract management services Qualifications Demonstrable technical expertise in the delivery of contractor project Management services and managing a small team of professionals Experience of delivering consultancy project management services Industry related degree and RICS or CIOB Chartered status Experience providing Turnkey solutions within a consultancy environment.
