Job Role As Associate Director, you will take a senior role within the design team, providing technical and operational leadership across a portfolio of Transmission & Distribution projects. You will oversee the delivery of engineering and design packages, support project and programme performance, manage and mentor engineering teams, and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
