The consultancy advises developers, investors and property owners across the built environment and is known for providing high-quality technical and commercially focused advice. The Role This is a combined technical leadership and business development position. You will develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, identify opportunities for structural engineering support and convert these conversations into fee-earning work. You will then oversee the technical and commercial delivery of the resulting projects. The work will cover structural investigations, remediation, refurbishment and new-build projects, including issues arising from fire, flooding, subsidence, impact damage and structural defects.
