You will work on high volume residential projects along with projects in other sectors to include healthare, commercial and industrial encompassing both new build and refurbishment. You will work closely with a Partner helping to manage the delivery of structural engineering services and help to run the team. You will do peer reviews and technical mentoring for less senior engineers and technicians. You will act as the senior technical lead on complex or high value projects and you will provide design oversight and quality assurance. You will be responsible for delivery of projects within programme, budget and fee levels. You will manage fee agreements, scope changes and cost reporting. You will coordinate with the other professional teams and manage subconsultant and team resources. You will contribute to the preparation of fee proposals.
