Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor

A leading global multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Director Quantity Surveying to join its expanding Property team in Bristol. This is a senior opportunity for an established Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful regional team. The role combines project delivery, client leadership, team development and business development, with the opportunity to work across a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, public sector and mixed-use property. You ll be joining a multidisciplinary environment where cost management is integrated with wider project and property services, giving you the opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to some of the region s most significant development and construction programmes. The Role Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of cost management commissions. Lead and oversee cost management services from feasibility and concept through to completion. Provide strategic commercial and cost advice to clients, project teams and senior stakeholders. Lead the preparation and review of cost plans, estimates, financial reports and feasibility studies. Advise clients on procurement strategies and lead tender and procurement processes. Oversee contract administration, valuations, variations, change control and final accounts.
