Associate Director QS

Our client is a privately owned Construction Consultancy with 7 offices throughout the UK, with an extensive and varied list of clients they are passionate about the services they deliver and are committed to delivering the highest level of service, value, and innovation to their clients.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are currently looking for an Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor to join their established and rapidly growing team in Milton Keynes.

To be considered for this role you will either be a current Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyor and have gained this experience working within a Consultancy or client side position.

You will be able to and have gained experience managing/running your own projects and be happy to work as part of a team on complexed and fast paced projects within the retail, residential and commercial sectors.

As a Senior member of the team they would be looking for you to take on an Account Management role for one of their key clients and be responsible for managing and developing more junior members of the team with support from the current Senior Leadership Team.
