What they''re ideally after: You''ll be an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in healthcare or education construction, though other sectors will be considered for the right person. You should be comfortable leading client relationships and managing a small team of PMs and APMs, confident with tendering, procurement and contracts (JCT and NEC preferred), and have a genuine track record in business development and growing client accounts.
