You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered successfully against programme, budget, and quality objectives. For Associate Director-level candidates, there will also be opportunities to contribute to business development, client growth, and team leadership initiatives. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of commercial office projects from feasibility through to handover. Manage new-build office developments, major fit-out projects, and complex cut-and-carve refurbishments.
