Associate Director Project Management

n independent and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director – Project Management to join its Bristol office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step into a leadership role, with a strong focus on developing client relationships, winning new work, and helping drive the continued growth of the business.

Working closely with the Directors, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the Bristol office while continuing to lead the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors.

• Leading the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion
• Developing and managing key client relationships
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Preparing fee proposals and supporting tender submissions
• Working with the Directors to grow the Bristol office and expand the client base
• Leading project teams and providing mentorship to junior Project Managers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard
• Representing the business at networking events and industry functions

• Proven Project Management experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Track record of winning work and generating repeat business
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Chartered status (MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB) preferred
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach
• Ambitious and motivated to help grow a successful consultancy

• £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
