Associate Director Project Management

n independent and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director Project Management to join its Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step into a leadership role, with a strong focus on developing client relationships, winning new work, and helping drive the continued growth of the business. Working closely with the Directors, you''ll play a key role in shaping the future of the Bristol office while continuing to lead the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors. What you''ll be doing: Leading the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion Developing and managing key client relationships Identifying and securing new business opportunities Preparing fee proposals and supporting tender submissions Working with the Directors to grow the Bristol office and expand the client base Leading project teams and providing mentorship to junior Project Managers Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard Representing the business at networking events and industry functions What we''re looking for: Proven Project Management experience within a consultancy environment Strong business development and client relationship management skills Track record of winning work and generating repeat business Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities Chartered status (MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB) preferred ..... full job details .....
