You''ll Create Impact By: Representing the Syndication function at Siemens Bank, contributing to the business''s strategy to meet profitability, proximity, resilience, and sustainability goals. Shaping syndication strategies for projects across EMEA, leveraging your extensive network of institutional investors and banks to define key liquidity pools. Collaborating closely with Origination and deal teams to structure deals optimised for syndication while assessing new opportunities with market-backed insights. Crafting underwriting opinions and building strong risk transition strategies by feeding actionable market intelligence through engagements with senior internal and external stakeholders. Driving execution for secondary loans to manage portfolio rotation and mitigate concentration risks effectively.
