We''re a small, established recruitment business based in Ancoats, Manchester, working with clients across the UK in Insurance, Finance and Accounts, Marketing and Digital, Commercial, and Manufacturing and Engineering. The opportunity:You''ll take ownership of a specialist desk, developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts and building a strong reputation within your market.Alongside managing the full recruitment process, you''ll identify opportunities for growth, develop key accounts and become a trusted adviser to clients on their hiring needs.You''ll work closely with the leadership team, contribute to how we develop the business and help set the standard for recruitment delivery and client service.
