This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 1 day a week onsite, in PeterboroughThe Associate Director - People Services will lead and manage the People Services functions within the wider Workforce and OD function for the organisations. The ideal candidate will deputise for the Deputy Chief People Officer providing professional leadership, strategic focus to all members of the Workforce and OD function, ensuring the delivery of the organisation''s objectives.The duties of the Associate Director - People Service include:Working closely within the organisation''s executive team, divisional leadership teams and HR/OD senior management teams to ensure their involvement and understanding of HR services information systems, policies and proceduresDrafting reports to present these at board level and committees to share highly complex, sensitive or contentious informationCommunicating with system partners to ensure the achievement of performance targets, and strategic objectivesImplementing mechanisms to deliver widespread stakeholder engagement, partnership working and effective consultationFacilitating briefings and partnership working, ensuring the delivery of key national, ..... full job details .....
