The post holder will provide professional leadership, shaping and determining the direction of the operational functions of HR including Resourcing (permanent and temporary staffing), Employee Relations, Medical staffing, Occupational Health and Wellbeing and the Psychological Support and Counselling Service, across a workforce of c12,000.
