The role requires extensive hands-on experience with IES VE, dynamic thermal simulation and building energy modelling, alongside strong technical leadership and commercial awareness. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the energy modelling team and service offering. Oversee complex energy modelling and dynamic thermal simulation using IES VE. Deliver energy strategies, overheating assessments, TM54/TM52/TM59 analysis and Part L compliance modelling. Support net-zero carbon strategies and building performance optimisation. Manage client relationships, project delivery, budgets and business development. Provide technical guidance, quality assurance and mentoring to engineers. Requirements Significant experience in energy modelling and building physics. Extensive practical expertise in IES VE and its relevant modules.
