Supporting the Director of Transformation the post holder will work with the executive team, senior clinical and operational colleagues and corporate teams to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of the Trusts efficiency and transformation projects and programmes to focus on clinical and operational excellence in a way that maximises the engagement of individuals and clinical teams across the Trust. Role Promoting the efficiency and transformation programme and cultivate new ideas through engagement with local partners including Primary Care Networks/GP practices, secondary and community care clinicians, service managers and social care colleagues.
