This is an opportunity to join a specialist advisory platform where you''ll have the freedom to develop your own client relationships, originate transactions and build a significant revenue stream, supported by an established lender, investor and introducer network. About the Role You''ll be responsible for originating, structuring and executing real estate finance transactions for property investors, developers and commercial clients across a broad range of asset classes. Working closely with an extensive panel of banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, family offices and equity providers, you''ll advise clients on the most effective funding solutions while managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Originate new debt and equity funding opportunities. Structure commercial, bridging and development finance solutions. Advise clients on capital raising and funding strategies.
