Associate Director Leeds

We re partnering with a leading global engineering consultancy to appoint an Associate or Associate Director level to support the continued growth of their Development team across the UK. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced utilities specialist who enjoys leading technically complex projects, advising clients on utility risk and strategy, and shaping some of the UK s most high profile development schemes. Role You ll take a lead role in delivering multi utility infrastructure solutions across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and delivery. Acting as a senior technical advisor, you ll support clients in managing utilities risk, capacity constraints, diversions and commercial opportunities, while leading multidisciplinary project teams in the UK and internationally. This position sits at the centre of development led infrastructure work, covering residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, defence and education projects. Responsibilities You ll lead utilities infrastructure projects ranging from local developments to nationally significant schemes, providing senior technical input on electricity, gas, water and telecoms networks. The role includes managing utility strategies, demand calculations, diversions and connections, coordinating multi utility layouts, overseeing commercial performance, and acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
